Additionally, Pete helps clients manage work-life balance and navigate cross-cultural relationships.
Pete is a dual citizen Thai / Canadian so fully bilingual in both languages and his therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic and Narrative Therapy. These approaches allow him to tailor his work to each client’s unique needs, helping them develop greater psychological flexibility, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and reframe the stories they tell about themselves. Together, they explore how past experiences shape present struggles and work toward creating more empowering narratives that support personal growth and healing.
Pete emphasises the importance of building a meaningful connection with each client and working together to achieve identified goals. His mission is to equip clients with tools and strategies to manage their mental wellness and emotional wellbeing confidently in daily lives, beyond the therapy session. He is committed to offering culturally sensitive care and walking alongside clients as they explore their unique journey toward healing and self-discovery.
