Rira has worked with clients in the setting of NGO for Korean women and families within Thailand and workplace counselling in Bangkok for both individual and group counselling assisting employees with various issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-compassion, homesickness, and adjustment problem.
Rira also understands children’s development and their emotional experiences based on her previous experience with children as a teacher.
Rira aims to build a trustful relationship with clients so they can freely express and accept themselves. She uses an integrative approach that employs diverse therapy modalities, including person-centered, CBT, self-compassion, and mindfulness-based intervention based on the client’s goal in counseling.
