Vasos is a counsellor and psychotherapist trained in both the UK and South Africa, with more than 25 years of experience supporting adults, couples, and families across the UK, Cyprus, South Africa, and internationally online.

Vasos provides a warm, confidential, and supportive therapeutic space where clients can safely explore emotional difficulties, life challenges, and personal growth at their own pace. His approach is integrative and relational, tailored to the unique needs of each client. He draws on a range of therapeutic models to work thoughtfully and flexibly, helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being. Areas of extensive experience include trauma, PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and cross-cultural challenges. He also has extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, offering an affirming, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.
