At Counselling Thailand, we understand that taking the first step toward seeking support is a significant decision. Our aim is to provide clear, comprehensive information about our services, fees, and how to schedule an appointment—so you can feel informed and confident throughout the process.
We believe that accessing therapy should be straightforward, fair, and transparent. While some counselling practices charge higher fees for couples or family sessions, or increase prices for evening or weekend appointments, we take a different approach.
At Counselling Thailand, all fees are charged per session, not per person, and remain the same whether your appointment is on a weekday, evening, or weekend. We feel this reflects our commitment to making therapy accessible and supporting relationships without adding financial or scheduling barriers.
Scheduling an Appointment
Before making any commitment, we offer the following:
- Free 15 minute Zoom video consultation for individuals
- Free 30 minute Zoom video consultation for couples and families.
This gives the opportunity to discuss things further, answer any questions you have and if you are happy to proceed, arrange a mutually convenient time for the first full counselling session.

How to Get Started with a Free Initial Consultation
At Counselling Thailand, we understand the importance of finding the right therapist for addressing your concerns and needs. That’s why we offer a free initial 15 minute consultation for individuals and 30 minutes for couples and families before booking your first therapy appointment.
First, complete our online client enquiry form. This will give a little extra information to help us select whom we believe the most suitable therapist would be and then we can email you a list of available appointment times for the free initial call.
During this consultation, we will discuss your specific situation and determine whether our approach aligns with your needs. We will also answer any questions you may have. If you decide to proceed with counselling, we can then schedule the first full session(s) at a mutually convenient time.

Individual Counselling for Adults, Children & Teens
FIRST SESSION:
3,745 THB. This will normally be a 90 minute session
SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS:
60 minutes 2,675 THB
90 minutes 3,745 THB
120 minutes PRICE ON APPLICAION

Couples Therapy, Marriage & Family Counselling
FIRST SESSION options
Two Individual Sessions & One Joint / Couples Session
We recommend a 90 minute session per person followed by a 90 minute couples session. We have found this to be very effective.
Cost per 90 minute session 3,745 THB.
Although we recommend 90 minutes. We understand that there may financial or time factors in committing to 90 minutes, in which case we can arrange any individual session for 60 minutes if you prefer.

Alcohol Recovery
Programme- Available
Bangkok,Chiang Mai and Online
30 & 60 days Individualised Programmes.
Available for anyone struggling with alcoholism or problem drinking.
Prices start from 40,000 THB (Approx. 1,100 USD)
For corporate clients requiring freelance counselling and EAP (Employee Assistance Programmes), please contact us for more information about our services to see if we can meet your requirements.
Payment Options and Cancellation Policy–
Rescheduling and Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged as we still have to pay therapists in full whether the session is attended or not.
Preferred payment method Is cash or bank transfer to a Thai bank. International payment options include WISE or PayPal
Please note we do not have a credit card terminal in our office or our therapy rooms, therefore invoices will be sent via PayPal credit card processing provider where payment can be made from a credit or debit card.
Fees for paying by PayPal are as follows

60 mins – 83 USD
