Beth has over ten years of experience as a counsellor, supporting adults, children, young people, couples and families through a wide range of personal, emotional and relationship challenges.  She provides online counselling and therapy in a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental environment, allowing clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences at their own pace while prioritising emotional wellbeing throughout the therapeutic process.

Beth is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), adhering to their ethical frameworks and standards of professional practice.

Beth’s therapeutic approach is person-centred, psychotherapeutic and creative, drawing upon a range of evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop resilience and create meaningful change.

As a qualified Systemic Family Practitioner, Beth works with individuals, couples and families to explore emotional dynamics, communication patterns and relationship systems. She frequently incorporates principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand both conscious and unconscious responses that may be rooted in past experiences.

In her work with couples and relationship counselling, Beth assists clients in identifying recurring patterns, exploring triggers behind relationship difficulties and developing healthier ways of communicating. Her aim is to help clients strengthen connections, improve understanding and work towards realistic and achievable goals.

Beth also has extensive experience supporting both young people and adults who present with neurodivergent traits. She adopts an inclusive and tailored approach that recognises and values each individual’s unique perspective. Integrating neurodiversity into the counselling space is a fundamental aspect of her practice, ensuring that clients feel understood, respected and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Counselling approaches and therapeutic modalities include, but are not limited to:

Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Family Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed Practice, Relational Therapy (Couples Counselling), Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Creative Therapeutic Approaches, and Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice
