Sus brings over 10 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, working with adults, couples, children, and families. Her integrative approach seamlessly incorporates Psychosynthesis (Transpersonal Therapy), CBT, SFBT, Family Therapy, and Play Therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. She is also skilled in clinical hypnosis and trauma therapy, addressing complex cases involving domestic violence, refugees and asylum seekers, individuals affected by HIV, victims of sexual exploitation, and those impacted by violent extremist groups.
In addition to her extensive work with trauma, Sus recently co-authored Empathic Love Therapy, a method rooted in psychosynthesis, which has proven effective in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. Sus advocates for the power of empathic love in achieving healing and optimal individual functioning.
