Kate is an experienced counsellor and art therapist, she graduated from the University of London – Goldsmiths College. Kate works with a range of modalities including Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness and Expressive Art Therapy..
Her clients include both individuals, couples, families, teens, adolescents and children under the autistic spectrum, vulnerable people, women affected by domestic violence, alcohol and substance abuse emotional distresses; trauma, stress, depression and anxiety
A main focal point of her work is understanding behavioural issues, engaging and responding to clients’ needs appropriately to sensitively engaging through improved boundaries, art making and creative play.
