Jade is originally from England and has been living in Thailand since 2007. With her international background as a half-Thai Luk Khrueng, she brings a unique understanding of both Western and Eastern cultures into her work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
She has experience supporting adolescents and Third Culture Kids (TCKs) in her role as a high school counsellor, as well as working with individuals across different life stages. Alongside her counselling practice, Jade has a strong foundation in health, fitness, and nutrition, which enables her to take a holistic approach when supporting clients who wish to improve their overall wellbeing.
Jade works with a wide range of issues, including lack of motivation, depression, stress, anxiety, eating disorders, nutrition, sports performance, body image and self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and family transitions. Her focus is on helping clients recognise their inner strengths, make wiser choices, and challenge unhelpful beliefs that may hold them back.
Her therapeutic style is integrative, drawing on person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness, always tailored to each client’s individual needs. Jade provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore, grow, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
