Her experience includes working in UK recovery and addiction treatment centres, supporting people facing anxiety, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, alcohol and substance misuse, food-related difficulties, as well as issues around relationships, sex, love, and co-dependency.

Lisa provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, drawing on a holistic and integrative approach. She incorporates Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Inner Child work, and Humanistic methods.
