Doi is highly experienced in both individual and relationship/marriage counselling. With a Doctorate in Applied Psychology and membership in the Thai Counseling Psychology Association (Member Number 24A0003) he brings a wealth of experience gained from his studies, research, internships, and professional practice, offering clients empathetic, authentic, and validating support.

Doi works across a range of areas, including individual and couples’ therapy/marriage counselling (including cross-cultural and LGBTQ+ relationships), adolescent and teen struggles, healthy relationship-building, managing workplace stress, and helping clients heal from childhood traumas and adverse childhood experiences. He also assists individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, work-life crises, workplace stress, and burnout. Doi is passionate about helping clients cultivate self-awareness and mindfulness in their daily lives.

Doi creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel secure and free to express themselves. His approach fosters a therapeutic connection that soothes clients during times of distress while empowering them to embrace self-validation, self-acceptance, and self-compassion.

He frequently utilises Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), believing that effective counselling must go beyond conversation to inspire actionable change. Grounded in his research and studies in Applied Psychology (Counseling Specialization), Doi integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Attachment Theory, the Satir Model, and the Enneagram. He is also expanding his expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Doi tailors the counselling process to meet each client’s unique challenges, strengths, and areas for growth, working collaboratively to support their healing and development.
