Rachel is an integrative therapist with extensive experience supporting adults and couples in a variety of therapeutic settings. She specialises in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, trauma, psychosexual issues, personal self-development, anxiety, and difficulties stemming from childhood experiences. Rachel also has significant experience working with veterans and individuals affected by war, as well as those recovering from abuse or dealing with trauma / PTSD.

Her expertise extends to addressing a wide range of psychosexual concerns, including challenges related to sexual function, intimacy, behaviours, relationship dynamics and eating disorders.

Rachel draws on a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs. These include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychosexual Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). By integrating these approaches, she provides holistic support that fosters a deeper understanding of her client’s inner worlds and relationships.

In her work, Rachel takes a creative approach, helping clients explore new perspectives and connect with different parts of their minds. This creativity not only encourages self-discovery but also strengthens the connection to one’s inner self. A core element of Rachel’s practice is creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment where clients can explore their experiences and reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel lost. She is committed to walking alongside her clients as they work toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
